GridVis 軟體是UMG 604電力分析儀和UMG103 通用測量儀器的標準配置之一。

電路可視化軟體
GridVis是一套可程式化和電路可視化軟體，屬於UMG 604和UMG 103的標準元件之一，可使用在簡單卻完整的參數化電力分析上。客戶端特殊的可視化能源供應在拓樸視圖上是可以被展示出來的。這特殊的測量儀器可以在線上使用滑鼠來操控。量測到的數據可以儲存在PC上並線上展示。此外，GridVis提供了很方便的方法去展示和分析資料庫內的歷史數據。

編程和配置
UMG 604 電力分析儀藉由GridVis軟體的幫助可以完整地參數化。這些儀器可以任意地被命名，並且CT與PT的數據也可以被設定。事件和暫態測量的觸發值，不但能夠儲存起來，也可以設定紀錄間隔。數位輸入監控功能的極限值可使用比較器或已建立的數位輸入輸出的脈衝值來編程。可選擇外部溫度感應器。時間同步伺服器也可以被定義。如果更新測量儀器是必要的, 在沒有工具可拆開的情況下是藉由這樣的編程模式是很容易的，或是也可寄回Janitza來處理。軟體和儀器韌體的更新是免費的。

Jasic® 編程語言開闢了許多新機會，因為你不再僅僅依賴只擁有固定功能的儀器。你可以擴展儀器去增加你想要擁有的功能。同一時間內，可以有7組使用者定義的程式執行。
在數位電力分析儀的領域內，可圖形化編程選擇的使用者程式是一個全新的方法。這些方法可以使用來建立使用者特定程式，就像是輸入輸出的任意編程，或是當所定義的極限值到達時的問題回報。除了用戶友善的圖形化編程之外，使用者可以自由地直接使用原始碼來撰寫程式。
線上即時資料
在線上測量模式內，所有的測量數值都能夠用長條圖或是柱狀圖表示出來。線條圖形可以持續保持更新，最舊的資料在經過一段時間後就會被刪除。在兩單位內，測量數據內可以建立兩種標度。每單位內測量數據的任何數字，包含來自其他幾個測量儀器的，都可以在同一圖形內觀察。圖形中的顏色可以根據需求而更改。
拓樸概述
每一個在網路上的UMG604都可以叫出裝置來查看。它不僅可以觀察到實際顯示的情況，也能夠藉由遠端控制來完整地控制元件，就像是你在現場一樣。此外，JPG文件可以被指派，例如建築物的繪製或分散系統。所有UMG裝置的測量數據可以在線上同時間提交。
事件與暫態瀏覽器
自由定義可以檢查的時間週期，可稱之為暫態或事件，使用兩個事件與暫態的瀏覽器功能。這些功能(比較圖表：暫態瀏覽器)對於錯誤分析來說是非常特別重要的。
資料儲存
UMG 604 內建128MB的記憶體空間。當記憶體內的資料被下載時，這測量數據可以儲存到SQL資料庫內。Derby、SQL 和 MySQL 都能夠用來儲存資料。推薦將資料儲存在MySQL 或是Microsoft SQL server 內，因為這兩套資料庫都能夠比Derby資料庫快許多。對於大型專案來說，這絕對是特別有正面幫助的效果。MySQL 可以從www.MySQL.org 免費下載使用。
離線資料
這些儲存在資料庫的數據，在GridVis 軟體內可以用線條圖、長條圖、柱狀圖等表示出來。這些資料儲存在資料庫內是根據參數、年、月、日。因此這些數據可以直接選擇相對應的。可以使用縮放功能來放大有興趣的時間週期。這些圖片可以打上標題與備註然後列印出來。暫態和事件的顯示也可以使用瀏覽器顯示出來。旗幟瀏覽器可以用來檢查是否有測量資料遺失或是數據是否並不可靠。

Number of devices:
Maximum quantity of simultaneous running devices (i. e. by using the basic version: one project with 5 devices or 5 projects with one device each).
Update period:
Period of time where new versions can be installed free of charge.
Automatic reading:
Automatic download of measurement data according free configurable schedules.
Online recording:
Measuring values of devices without memory will be averaged in the GridVis-Software.
Automatic CSV export:
An automatic download of values enabled an automatic CSV-Export.
Service:
The GridVis-Software is running in the background and will start automatically without user login on the computer and will record the values of the devices. GridVis Enterprise will be included in the package and will be necessary for the configuration and the handling of data.
